Solar Jewellery — Wholesale Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to all approved wholesale customers of Solar Jewellery. By placing a wholesale order, you agree to the following terms:

1. Ordering & Production

• All products are made to order.

• Standard production time is up to 3 weeks (15 working days) from the date of order confirmation.

• Orders can be placed via our wholesale portal once your account has been approved.

• Our workshop is closed over Christmas and new year. Please check the website for dates.

2. Custom Designs

• We offer bespoke designs for wholesale customers.

• A non-refundable design fee of NZD $200 is required before any design work begins.

• Production will commence only after written approval of the design drawing.

• No changes, cancellations, or returns are accepted after design approval.

3. Shipping & Delivery

• We currently ship within New Zealand and Australia only.

• All orders are shipped via NZ Post Courier with tracking.

• Shipping costs are added to your invoice and vary based on order size and destination.

• Risk transfers to the customer upon dispatch. Please inspect all goods upon arrival.

4. Returns & Defects

• We do not accept returns for change of mind, overstock, or incorrect ordering.

• In the event of damaged or defective items, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery.

• We will assess and, if approved, arrange repair, replacement, or store credit at our discretion.

5. Payment Terms

For Approved Credit Customers:

• Payment is due on the 20th of the month following the invoice date.

• Invoices are issued upon dispatch of goods.

• Payment must be made by bank transfer.

For Non-Credit Customers:

• Full payment is required before production begins.

• We will send you a Xero invoice with payment details.

• Orders will not be processed and manufacture started until payment is received in full.

6. Late Payments

• A 10% late fee will be applied to any overdue balances.

• You are also liable for any collection and recovery costs incurred as a result of non-payment.

• We reserve the right to place your account on hold until payment is received in full.

7. Pricing & Tax

• All prices are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and exclude GST.

• GST (15%) is applied to all New Zealand customers.

• No GST is charged to Australian customers, but you are responsible for any duties or import taxes.

8. Account Approval & Access

• All wholesale accounts are subject to approval.

• We reserve the right to refuse or revoke wholesale access at any time.

• Wholesale pricing and ordering is available only to registered businesses with an active wholesale account.

9. Intellectual Property

• All product designs, images, and written content are the intellectual property of Solar Jewellery.

• No reproduction, redistribution, or use of our content is permitted without written consent.
